Short panzer file for SWIX file holders.

Non chromed, anti-rust treated panzer file. 4” (100 mm x 30 mm x 4.5 mm). Extra coarse, 12 tpi. Great for use in side-edge beveling guides that have integrated clamp. Used to get a smooth and even surface on the plastic sidewalls of alpine skis and snowboards.
