Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw (wholly or partially) from your order without providing a reason within 14 calendar days as of the day of delivery of the ordered item(s) to you. If your order relates to multiple items delivered separately, the 14 calendar days start as of the day of delivery of the last item. Underwear is excluded from the Right of Withdrawal.
To exercise this right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) within the above mentioned period. You may use for this the model form that you can download further below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The item(s) need to be returned to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day of your withdrawal communication.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you validly cancel and return your order in accordance with the terms set out above and in our Terms & Conditions, we will refund all payments you made to us, including initial shipping costs from your order (but excluding additional costs incurred by selecting a different type of delivery than the most cost effective standard shipping method offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days starting from the day we received your notice of withdrawal from the contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Under no circumstances will you be charged with any additional fees resulting from the refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds until we have received the item(s) or until you have provided proof that you have returned the item(s), depending on whatever occurs first.

The item(s) shall be sent back or returned personally immediately and at the latest within 14 days starting from the day we receive your notice stating your intention to withdram from the contract. The period is considered as observed if you send back the item(s) before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs (shipping/postage costs) for returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods and we may refuse your return and any reimbursement of your payments.
